1. What you are buying
Central sells three plans: Lite at ₹199, Pro at ₹499 and Premium at ₹999. Each one gives you thirty days of access from the moment your payment is confirmed. There is no other paid product.
CentraPrime Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not registered for GST. The price shown is the price charged; no tax is added at checkout and none is collected.
2. Nothing renews automatically
This is the part most people expect to be different, so we will say it plainly. There is no auto-renewal. We do not set up a mandate on your card, we do not store it for a future charge, and we do not auto-debit anything.
A plan gives you thirty days and then it stops. If you want another month, you buy another month. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to remember to cancel.
3. Seven days to change your mind
If Central is not for you, write to us within seven days of your payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
After seven days we do not refund the remainder of a plan, because the plan simply expires on its own at day thirty and there is no ongoing commitment to escape.
4. If something is broken
The seven-day window is a courtesy, not the limit of our responsibility. If Central is not delivering what you paid for — the service is down, a feature you paid for does not work, or you were charged twice — write to us whenever it happens and we will make it right, refund included. That is not time-limited.
5. How to ask
Email centraprimetechnologies@gmail.com from the address on your Central account, and tell us which plan and roughly when you paid. That is all we need to find the payment.
We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the original payment method, and typically appear in five to seven working days depending on your bank — that leg is the bank's timing, not ours.
When a refund is processed, the plan ends and your account returns to the free tier. Nothing you have logged is deleted. Your history, your entries and everything Central has worked out about you stay exactly where they are.
6. Promotional codes
If you paid a discounted price, a refund returns the amount you actually paid. Where a code was single-use, refunding the purchase releases it so you can use it again — you got nothing for it the first time.
